Currently, social determinants such as health literacy, financial toxicity, and others are commonly measured utilizing questionnaires which are time consuming for patients and staff to collect. The goal of this study is to determine if the SDOH wheel in EPIC can be a useful and valid clinical tool to quickly measure these social determinants of health.

To determine if EPIC SDOH wheel can be a useful clinical tool with regards to determining which patients may be at-risk in comparison to traditional "gold-standard" questionnaires.
